This Agreement governs personal use of any audio download acquired from GameMic under the terms of the non-commercial, royalty-free audio download license. If you are interested in a commercial license, please request a quote for that type of usage by emailing us.
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("Licensee") and GameMic (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Licensor," "website," "site," or "we").
By downloading any digital audio download set for non-commercial, personal use from our app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, click No.
Audio downloads can be downloaded from this app only after a personal license has been purchased. Licensor grants to you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non- commercial, non-sublicensable right to use licensed digital audio downloads for your personal and/or family use.
Audio downloads may only be used in materials for personal, non-commercial, non- editorial use. Licensee may not create digital copies.
Audio downloads may not be used for any commercial usage.
Audio downloads may only be used in a personal manner and may not be used for any editorial, commercial, promotional, advertising, or merchandising use.
Licensee may alter, edit, manipulate, and create derivative works of the digital audio for personal use.
Licensor and copyright holder(s) reserve all rights not expressly granted to Licensee herein.
Audio downloads may not be used in any defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful manner whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter.
Licensor(s) or website make no warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. Neither we nor copyright holders shall be liable to you or any other person or entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of this license or otherwise.
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor and copyright holders harmless against all claims arising out of any breach of this Agreement.
Licensee agrees to pay and be responsible for any and all sales taxes, use taxes, value- added taxes, and duties imposed by any jurisdiction as a result of the license granted to Licensee or of your use of audio downloads pursuant to this Agreement.
Audio downloads are licensed only to you. Generally, GameMic does not own copyright to the audio downloads and acts as an authorized agent and distributor of audio downloads for copyright holders. Copyright holders are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws. Copyright holders and Licensor(s) retain all rights not expressly granted by this agreement.
The license contained in this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor(s) or this website if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Use of audio downloads must be in compliance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, laws and regulations relating to currency and the law of moral rights.
This contract contains all the terms of the license agreement, and no terms or conditions may be added or deleted unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of all parties.
